-Feb. 20th, 27th, and March 6th
-Each session is 90 minutes
-Limited to 8 athletes
Each workshop will focus on a few of basic skills/movements that are perennial staples of the CrossFit Open. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re working toward a skill for the first time, or working to improve your proficiency, you can expect 90 minutes of dedicated coaching and practice along with some follow-up homework to move you in the right direction.
Handstands*, Pistols, & Double-unders
*Handstand holds, walking, & handstand push-ups
Pull-ups, Toes to Bar, Thrusters, & Overhead Squats
Barbell Cycling, Dumbbell Movements, and Burpees
