CFV Open Prep Workshops!
It's OPEN Season! We're hosting three separate weekend workshops to help sharpen our skills. Each workshop will focus on a few basic skills/movements that are perennial staples of the CrossFit Open. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re working toward a skill for the first time, or working to improve your proficiency, you can expect 90 minutes of dedicated coaching and practice along with some follow-up homework to move you in the right direction.
